Desk Ready® was founded in 2008 by Judy Lipinski, a software engineer with nearly three decades of experience across Accenture, Wall Street, aerospace, government, and startups. That experience made one thing clear: large organizations build powerful systems, but too often those systems lose sight of the people they are meant to serve.
We kept what works and left the rest behind. Desk Ready brings enterprise-grade thinking to nonprofits and small businesses without the bureaucracy or excess. We focus on secure systems, clear strategy, and technology built to support and strengthen your work, your people, and your independence.
I spent two decades in corporate, working with Big Tech. I watched healthcare executives pick the bottom dollar over patients’ lives.
