- Booking a call or sending a message starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a paid engagement.
- Any actual work we do together is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal.

- We provide the site as-is, and we are not responsible for what you do with the information on it.

You are welcome to read, share, and use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Desk Ready and getting in touch. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm others. If you do, we may limit or block your access.

The text, design, logos, and other material on this site belong to Desk Ready unless noted otherwise. You can quote or link to us, that is encouraged, but please do not republish large portions as your own without permission. Anything you send us, like a message describing your project, stays yours. You are just giving us permission to use it to help you.
Articles, guides, and educational content
We publish articles and guides because we would rather you understand your own tech than depend on us blindly. A couple of ground rules come with that. First, this material is general information, not specific professional advice for your organization. Every situation is different, so please do not treat an article as a substitute for advice tailored to you. For that, let’s talk. Second, the articles and guides are Desk Ready’s work: you are welcome to read them, share them, and link to them, but please do not republish them in full as your own.
Booking a call and working together
When you book a consult, you are scheduling a conversation, not signing up for paid work. If we decide to work together, the details, scope, price, and timeline live in a separate written agreement or proposal that we both review. If anything in that agreement ever conflicts with these website terms, the agreement wins for that engagement.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites and tools we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We do not promise it will always be online, error-free, or exactly right for your situation. Information here is general, not specific advice for your organization. For that, let’s talk.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Desk Ready is not liable for indirect or incidental losses that result from using this website, such as lost data or lost profits. This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited.
