Can you trust your tech?
Email, modern websites, and custom software for your business should work, should be secure, and should get you back up fast when things go sideways.
Whatever you set up when you started may not be what you need now. Is it secure? Is it protecting the privacy of the people who trust you? Is the person who built it still updating it?
Being Desk Ready means peace of mind: systems you can rely on, staff who know how to use them, and best practices being followed, so you can focus on your business instead of your tech.
We are independent: we recommend tools because they are right for you and respect your customers’ privacy, not because we resell them.
Hello, Fayette County. We are new to the chamber, though not new to this work. Our founder spent a career building and securing technology at Accenture and in aerospace, healthcare, and government, and Desk Ready has served small businesses and nonprofits since 2008. We assess what you have, move you off what is not working, keep everything running, and write the technology grants that help pay for it. We also train your people, from office staff learning your tools to software engineers and developers building what comes next.
A family-owned travel business was paying over $60K a year in booking software fees that climbed every year. We built them a system they own, for less than one year of those fees.

Both days 9 AM to 4 PM at our training space in Henry Clay Township, lunch included. Limited to 20 seats. $295 per person for both days, plus $150 for each additional person from the same business. Call us to enroll.
