Everyday IT & Ongoing Support · We Have Your Back

Support from a team that already knows your setup.

From quick questions to part-time CTO duty, we have your back: your questions answered, your everyday IT handled, and the tech explained in plain language so you can focus on running your business.

A lot of businesses run on systems a son, a nephew, a volunteer, or a long-gone employee set up years ago. It all works, until they move away and every question has nowhere to go. We step in as the place your questions go: we document what you have, keep it running, and make sure you are never one person’s departure away from being stuck.

Everyday IT

The office basics, handled.

None of this is glamorous. All of it ruins your week when it goes wrong. We untangle it, set it up right, and stay reachable after.

Email accounts

Someone joins, they have an inbox that day. Someone leaves, their access ends that day. No orphaned accounts quietly holding your mail.

File storage

Files scattered across Dropbox, Google Drive, and somebody’s personal account get one organized home your whole team can actually find.

Backups that restore

A backup nobody has ever tested is a wish, not a backup. We set them up properly and check that they actually restore.

Accounts and access

Who can log into what, written down, with a plan for a lost laptop or a departure. Everyone gets their own login, not one shared password, so every change in your systems traces back to a person.

Questions answered

“Is this email a scam?” “Why won’t the printer show up?” A quick call to someone who knows your setup instead of an afternoon of searching.

Everything documented

We write down how your systems fit together as we go, so no single person’s memory is ever your point of failure again.

Simple pricing

Two ways to have us on call.

Ongoing support starts with knowing what you run.

  1. 1

Document it. A written assessment ($500 flat) covers what we build for you, or what we untangle in the setup you have now.

  2. 2

Keep us on call. Add the plan that fits below, and the people who documented your setup stay reachable. Switch whenever your needs change.

Pay as you go · $125/hour

Call only when something comes up:

  • Billed in 15-minute blocks
  • Most quick questions fit in a single block
  • No contract and no monthly commitment

Desk Ready Support Plan · $95/month

A standing arrangement with the team that knows your setup:

  • Up to one hour of hands-on support time each month
  • Quick questions by phone or email are free, they don’t count against your hour
  • A response within one business day
  • A monthly health check: backups tested, updates applied, and a short all-clear note
  • A yearly technology review call to plan the year ahead
  • $75/hour member rate for anything beyond the included hour

Want the whole thing handled? Add our Essentials hosting plan ($39 a month) to the Support Plan and everything is covered for $134 a month: your website, email, files, backups, and one number to call no matter what breaks. Each plan stands alone and you can cancel either at any time.

Fractional CTO

An experienced engineer on your side of the table.

Need more than fixes? We also serve as a fractional CTO, a part-time chief technology officer: senior technical judgment for the decisions that are expensive to get wrong (a new location, new software, an acquisition, a security scare), for a fraction of the cost of hiring one. When the stakes are high, you have someone to call who already knows your systems.

Technology planning

A plain-language roadmap for what to fix first, what to buy, what to retire, and what it should all cost, revisited as your business changes.

Vendor vetting

Before you sign, we read the fine print, translate the quote, and tell you whether the price and the promises hold up. We answer to you, not to any vendor.

Help hiring tech people

Hiring for a role you can’t evaluate yourself is a gamble. We help write the job posting, screen the applicants, and sit in on interviews asking the questions you wouldn’t know to ask.

You stay the owner

Everything we set up is documented and belongs to you: the accounts, the passwords, the how-it-works notes. If we ever part ways, you hand the binder to the next person and nothing breaks. That is the standard we wish every business inherited, so it is the one we leave behind.
