New websites start at $2,500, a flat fee quoted up front after a short scoping call, scaled to your size and features. Refreshing a site you already have typically runs $1,200 to $2,500. No hourly meter, no surprises.

Logo and visual direction

We are not designers, but we know good design when we see it, and we know what your site needs. We work with a range of designers and design services, and we will guide you to a logo you love, then make sure it works everywhere: scalable vector files, a favicon, and clean versions for light and dark backgrounds. The designer or service fee is separate, usually $300 to $1,000.
Privacy-first email
from $150 setup
A professional address on your own domain, set up on privacy-respecting email instead of Big Tech. The mailbox runs about $100 to $300 a year, paid to the provider, depending on how many addresses you need. We will also set up aliases so you can cut spam by giving every signup its own disposable address.
Additional staff training
$150 / hour
Your build includes one training session. This is more time beyond that, deeper sessions for your team on running and updating your site, your email, or anything else we build, so routine changes never need a support ticket.
Content and migration
from $300, quoted per scope
Moving content off an old site, light copywriting, or restructuring what you have so it reads clearly. We scope it together and quote a flat fee.
